The X5i provides 5 heart rate programs including cardio and fat burn plus the new heart rate hill, heart rate interval and extreme heart rate. These all work from a polar chest strap that comes as standard. A memory function stores four of your favourite workouts and the 16 - character LED message centre guides you through the functions, an LED hill profile display shows you where you are within your program. The X5i also features the new activity zone consloe; this puts the most often used controls within easy reach. The integrated accessory tray with two roomy holders comes as standard on the X5i.
