When it comes to storing your Indoor Rower it can be easily separated into two sections in just few seconds. The semi-circular locking device hooks over a metal bar between the foot brackets. The handle is connected via a swivel nut which stops the chain twisting and has a handy hook to reach the handle when seated The chain provides an efficient link between you and the machine; as there are no stretching cords there is no loss of energy. The Monitor pivots on an arm which allows you to adjust both the height and angle of the monitor through a wide range of positions. Performance monitor (PM2) - Deceptively unassuming, the performance monitor is very sophisticated. It can display information in a range of options: distance, time, power, calories burned and 500m split pace. The newest generation of monitor, the PM2+, can also be used in conjunction with an IBM compatible computer which enables connection to the internet for racing and training.
